  • Responsibilities
    • Provide overall administrative support to VP & GM APAC. – 60%

    • Manage personal business travel and transportation, arrange flight / hotel and liaise with travel agencies.

    • Calendar booking, tracking and reminding.

    • Prepare personal expense reports (travel, insurance forms, others).

    • Organize / schedule meetings or events.

    • Maintain up-to-date files and records for easy access.

    • Assist in preparing presentations including translation, formatting, printing and distribution.

    • Attend to visiting employees / customers from overseas in accommodation, meals, business agenda, etc.

    • Office administration. – 40%

    • Manage vendors of property management and office suppliers

    • Supervise admin team at office administrative routine work

    • Perform ad-hoc admin projects as and when required.

    Required Skills

    • Fluent English and Chinese

    • Bachelor Degree

    • 5 years relevant experience with multi-national company

    • Administration experience is required

    • Good communication skills

    • Good interpersonal skills

    • Able to resolve inquiries quickly.

    • Good Powerpoint and Word skills are preferred.
