Provide overall administrative support to VP & GM APAC. – 60%
Manage personal business travel and transportation, arrange flight / hotel and liaise with travel agencies.
Calendar booking, tracking and reminding.
Prepare personal expense reports (travel, insurance forms, others).
Organize / schedule meetings or events.
Maintain up-to-date files and records for easy access.
Assist in preparing presentations including translation, formatting, printing and distribution.
Attend to visiting employees / customers from overseas in accommodation, meals, business agenda, etc.
Office administration. – 40%
Manage vendors of property management and office suppliers
Supervise admin team at office administrative routine work
Perform ad-hoc admin projects as and when required.
Required Skills
Fluent English and Chinese
Bachelor Degree
5 years relevant experience with multi-national company
Administration experience is required
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Able to resolve inquiries quickly.
Good Powerpoint and Word skills are preferred.
