  • Responsibilities
    1. Assist the financial supervisor to be responsible for the financial affairs of the factory, deal with the daily financial work, report the company's financial situation and financial work to the leaders of the company, and put forward suggestions according to the problems found in the work or the information mastered
    2. Responsible for the collection and inspection of reimbursement documents of the factory, ensuring the legality of original vouchers and compliance and rationality of reimbursement documents.
    3. Responsible for bank payment application and cash reimbursement.
    4. Responsible for the preliminary review of reimbursement documents from the parent company, timely submit the expense drawing data to the parent company at the end of each month to ensure the timeliness of OPEX expenses.
    5. Responsible for monthly entry of expenses and bank receipts and expenditures in SAP system, preparation of OPEX expense report and analysis table.
    6. Responsible for purchasing, issuing, reviewing, delivering and managing sales invoices and receipts, accounting, statistics and preparation of VALUE-ADDED tax and other tax returns, tax declaration, and related tax matters of the company.
    7. Cooperate to monitor the accuracy and effectiveness of the logistics process, and monitor the inventory count.
    8. Responsible for participating in the acceptance, change, scrapping and cleaning of fixed assets with relevant departments, organizing the relevant departments to check fixed assets regularly, compile inventory report and analysis of fixed assets, and ensure the consistency of fixed assets.
    9. Provide suggestions and decision-making support to company managers.
    10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Job Requirements:
    11. Attention to details, good observation ability, strong communication and coordination ability, and ability to deal with financial problems independently;Familiar with laws and regulations.
    12. Familiar with daily financial work, laws and regulations, strong financial knowledge and operation ability, familiar with financial software
    13. At least 3 years financial working experience in manufacturing industry Bachelor degree or above
    14. Accountant certificate or assistant accountant Familiar with financial software (such as K3, ERP,SAP), good computer skills

    Required Skills

    3 - 5 years relevant working experience as a Customer Quality Engineer

    • Experience in manufacturing processes with emphasis on process design and process validation

    • Experience in process improvement, statistical techniques for process improvement, development of PFMEA's, Control Plans, Gage Plans

    • Excellent knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA

    • Good understanding of GD&T and reading of engineering drawings

    • Experience in assembly and welding processes with focus on process control and elimination of defects

    • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and application for reduction of defects and waste - ability to proactively work with manufacturing engineering to improve processes, maintain stability with focus on zero defects to our customers and reduction of waste and scrap internally

    • Experience in Quality Systems IATF16949 preferable
