    We are looking for a Regional Technical Trainer. The Regional Technical Trainer is preferred to be bilingually proficient (English/Spanish) and will be responsible for delivering training and working within a cross-functional team to support DRiV™ brand, sales, product, and "Tech First" initiatives in content collaboration, development, and delivery. The Regional Technical Trainer will deliver training at any of our 12 TSC's located throughout the U.S. The primary responsibility will be California, Western, and Southwestern States. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local area customers and local area vocational schools. This Regional Technical Trainer will be a valued member of the Garage Gurus where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore, opportunities for advancement are strong.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver Clinics in the Field across North America and Canada
    • Travel and deliver Hands-On Workshops in a shop environment
    • Develop and record Tech Tip YouTube videos
    • Collaborate, research, and develop content using Microsoft Programs
    • Develop relationships with customers, vocational schools, and training affiliations within the region.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: ASE Master Certified (includes A Series tests A1-A8)

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • BILINGUALLY PROFICIENT (ENGLISH/SPANISH) STRONGLY PREFERRED
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a journeyman technician or equivalent is required.
    • Technical proficiency to properly deliver the assigned curriculum as well as assist in the development of a new curriculum.
    • Previous automotive training delivery experience or comparable experience within a related industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills required to interact and succeed within a cross-functional management team.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
