Responsible for the process planning of new projects, including process flow, capacity balance, layout, investment plan, and confirmation of equipment tooling plan
Taking part in the launch meeting regularly, following up the process issues and avoiding the same issues happened in the other projects.
In charge of P-FMEA, Flowchart, Package Concept, work Instructions and BoM release
Organizing the experiences sharing regarding the technical issues in the process team internally
Establishing and implementing the process document standardization.
Required Skills
Bachelor and above degree, major in mechanical engineering.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience, automotive industry experience is preferred,
Familiar with stamping, bending, welding
Knowledge of IATF16949 and FMEA, MSA, PPAT.
Fluent oral English
Good communication skills and team spirit
