Responsible for directing and managing Aftermarket sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales programs and establishes short and long-term sales strategies. Provides Management with key sales information.
Required Skills
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering with solid mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Good English both in writing and speaking which would be used as daily business.
- Willing to spend more than 50% of working time for customer visiting.
- Experience in mechanical engineering design is a plus, technical sales experience in offshore industry and bearing industry are pluses.
