RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1、组织月度安全培训或宣传活动，确保员工掌握安全知识，提高安全意识，新员工入职安全培训
• 2、PPE管理（劳保用品）
• 3、员工安全能力测评（ILUO）
• 4、现场EHS检查&审核（包括5S）
• 5、周安全例会召开，会上跟踪检查、审核问题
• 6、职业健康管理&环境管理&危废管理
• 7、按照体系要求开展变更管理MOC
• 8、BBS工作开展
• 9、月度报告
• 10，配合5S完成考核；推进TMSS改造项目

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Certification:

• 本科学历，EHS相关专业或工作经验背景；

Work Experience:

5年以上大中型制造类企业(超过300人以上，汽车行业优先)EHS从业经历；

30岁以上-35岁之间

Specialized Skills/Knowledge:     

• 熟悉国家及北京市EHS 相关法律法规及相关政策；熟悉消防，环境，职业健康管理工作。
• 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT）
• 英语读写能力；具有特种设备、新项目EHS管理经验，可以完成新项目的EHS检查和审核；优秀的EHS技能，精通EHS有关程序及要求，如，LOTO, 动火作业，机械防护等
• 熟悉国家安全法律规定,精通ISO 14000和OHSAS18000管理体系，能够建立并维持体系的运行
• 熟悉政府相关EHS部门的业务流程，并能进行很好的沟通

Required Skills Required Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry or Biology, and 5+ years related experience. 

• Solid knowledge of OSHA, EPA and state/local environmental regulations

• Experience in implementing the ISO 14001 standard.

• Practical knowledge and application of behavioral safety.

• Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and effectively implement solutions.

• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills are required as this individual will interact with hourly and corporate employees.

• Organized, accurate, and precise record keeping is essential for this position.

• High energy and ability to operate in a pro-active, creative manner is important.

• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and internet systems are a must.  

• CIH certifications desirable.

• Ability to communicate in an effective manner.

• Ability to recognize production imperatives but resist any pressure to compromise safety.
