    We are looking for a Senior HR Manager at our Paragould plant. This HR leader has two primary roles, which are to provide HR leadership to the shock and strut business line leader and team (engineering, product management, etc.) outside of the plant operations while also leading HR processes and initiatives at the Paragould campus to build employee capability and drive employee engagement. Accountable for the administration and coordination of employee relations, staffing, benefits communication, compensation, legal/company compliances, training and community relations. Partners with and guides business line and plant leadership team on critical HR initiatives. Drives best in class safety results through partnership with EHS and Operations on employee safety initiatives and training.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Leads site HR team in the execution of HR processes including resource planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development and talent review. Develops team capability.
    • Drives organizational capability in partnership with business leaders by understanding the plant KPIs; knowing the strengths and development needs of the team and aware of external opportunities and threats; assessing talent and recommending effective development plans for all levels of team members.
    • Partners with business line leadership and plant leadership to drive employee engagement to maintain and improve employee experience.
    • Develops and implements training plans. Ensures high quality training delivery and training tracking per company standards.
    • Drives continuous improvement on HR processes to ensure optimum efficiency.
    • Leads local and assigned investigations according to company procedures.
    • Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or related field of study; HR certification preferred

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, strong generalist experience preferred
    • Prior experience as a plant HR Manager or HR leader required
    • Manufacturing experience required
    • Expertise in hourly recruiting and selection
    • Experience developing training plans and delivering training
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
