RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for the operation of the whole warehouse, supervise the staff to arrange the receiving, in warehouse, sorting, packaging, delivery, distribution and return of materials according to the requirements, so as to ensure that the work is within the target

Supervise the daily use and maintenance of forklifts, trucks, shelves, hydraulic pallets and other warehouse equipment

3. Supervise the verification between SAP system and warehouse, organize the monthly inventory and daily cycle inventory in each storage area, find out the reasons for the differences and formulate improvement measures according to the inventory results, ensure the inventory accuracy meets the requirements, and submit the inventory report on time

Responsible for continuous optimization of workshop logistics distribution mode and process

Carry out on-site supervision and management, 6S implementation status, visual management implementation status and inspection records for each warehouse and receiving and dispatching area

Responsible for the warehouse layout and make the plan of each warehouse. Ensure the warehouse safety, fire prevention and anti-theft meet the EHS standard

Review and summarize the daily work of the Department regularly and make continuous improvement to improve the performance and control the cost of the Department

Responsible for the development and revision of warehouse receiving, receiving and storing operation procedures and management system, and improve various processes and standards of warehouse management

9. Train and assess the business skills of subordinate employees, improve the quality and efficiency of employees, regularly or irregularly organize all warehouse keepers to study the relevant documents of the company, strengthen the construction of warehouse collective team, and improve the team awareness of warehouse keepers
10. Reasonably deploy subordinates, guide them to carry out their work, supervise them to implement the plan, and strive to improve their enthusiasm and service awareness
11. Keep a good cooperation relationship with relevant departments, communicate with relevant departments in time for the problems found in logistics, and ensure that the problems can be solved timely and effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Certification:

Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, financial management, logistics management, etc;

CET-4 or above

Work Experience:

More than 5 years experience in inventory management, material planning and warehouse management in logistics industry or manufacturing industry (automotive industry is preferred)

Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of logistics warehouse management, able to plan and manage the warehouse systematically and prospectively

Experience in warehouse equipment management

Specialized Skills/Knowledge:

Familiar with ERP and SAP system operation experience.

Proficient in using office software such as word, Excel, power point, outlook, etc

Understand the standardized workflow of lean production and logistics management

Able to independently complete the preparation of various quality system documents of the Department

Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service, and the ability to deal with emergency security affairs

1. College degree or above, preferred in logistics, IE, supply chain management, etc.
2. More than 3 years warehouse supervisor and site management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
3. Experience in automobile industry is preferred，experience in commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles or first-class suppliers is preferred（ Volkswagen and Weichai are preferred）
