We are looking for a Reliability Engineer. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the uptime of equipment in the facility while decreasing maintenance costs.

We pride ourselves on moving through the process quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create predictive maintenance PM’s on most critical equipment using the various forms of predictive methods appropriate for each process to reduce total downtime of equipment
    • Write standard operating instructions and train operators and technicians on processes for updated maintenance procedures (both operator and technician based maintenance)
    • Assist in defining the standard and creating Machine Failure Mode and Effect Analyses to improve equipment reliability as part of a team on most critical equipment
    • Review specifications, design for reliability, maintainability, and maintenance procedures for new equipment
    • Periodic review of recurring breakdowns lead to in depth problem solving
    • Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to solve issues
    • Enter Engineering Change Requests and validate with manufacturing engineering prior to entry

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred. Manufacturing or Maintenance experience preferred.

     

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong Excel skills
    • AUTOCAD or Unigraphics system is an advantage
