  • Responsibilities

    -Manage global mixer team to achieve required competitiveness and innovation objectives; -Provide technical & strategic leadership  to understand and influence current and future mixer requirements (dosing, cost, complexity, etc) to contribute to segment and regional product strategies; -Lead team to establish database of current mixers and drive standardisation globally; -Monitor global adherence to mixer standards; -Provide technical & strategic leadership to extend current mixer standards to future needs; -Provide technical & strategic leadership to  develop next-generation mixers; -Provide technical leadership to drive improvements on mixer cost and manufacturability; -Responsible for Mixer design guidelines and written procedures (aspect function, cost & DFM).

     

    This position can be based in any Tenneco site

    Required Skills

    Minimum Education / Experience: -Bachelor - mechanical engineering (or similar) -7 years enginering experience.

    Preferred Qualifications: -Masters in engineering; -Deep understanding of SCR technology (dosing, urea processing, chemistry, etc); -Good understanding in fluid and thermodynamics; -Strong leadership skills building and coaching a competent global mixer team; -Convincing and persuading personality in international environment; -High work flexibility global time zones involved.
