    We are looking for a Manhattan WMOS Functional Analyst, who will be responsible for supporting the Manhattan warehouse management application system.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Defines business problems related to the Manhattan WMOS and their system solutions including analysis of alternatives and ROI.
    • Provides customer support management for Federal Mogul Distribution Centers.
    • Implements enhancements by following Federal Mogul mandated change management and security procedures.
    • Improve overall quality of configuration settings in WMOS production environments, application functionality and performance.
    • Focused on meeting scheduled milestones and ensures project objectives are met.
    • Has an in-depth knowledge of industry standard change control processes and procedures.
    • Ensures that development practices being used (internal & external) are compliant with IT process requirements, e.g. quality, security and project management.
    • Provide after-hours support in cases of a business-critical application problem.
    • Collaborates with members of the IT Engagement and Delivery groups to fully understand process requirements and solution proposals.
    • Provides status reporting on Tickets, Modifications and Project requests as required.
    • Works with software vendors and external application resources in cases where the business solution requires it.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

     

    • 5+ years of IT experience supporting Warehouse Management System development, implementation, configuration, testing and/or support.
    • Extensive integration and regression testing experience.
    • Implementation and support experience in a global environment.
    • Experience in supply chain management, warehousing and distribution.
    • Manhattan WMOS experience is a must.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
    • Desktop tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
