  • Responsibilities
    1. Lead engineering team to manage customer project milstone, resource balance, cost target achievement and unexpected technical issue
    2. Lead the VA/VE activities and low cost design activities for the existing design or new designs.
    3. Lead to solve the key technical issues during the development, in production and from field return
    4. Approve deliverables of documentation including: SOR, SOP, DFEMA, DVP&R, Mannuals, Engineering Change Requirement (ECR) and approve external technical documents to customer/supplier.
    5. Facilitate global communication/alignment and in-region cross functional team work.

    Required Skills

    1. Bachelor degree or above in Automotive / Internal Combustion Engine / Mechanical Engineering or related major.
    2. 5+ years work experience in exhast system for acostic performance solution or for emission solution, or 8+ years work experienve in vehicle powertrain development industries, experience in multiple successful customer application projects is mandatory.
    3. Familiar with product development process and tools such as IATF16949/APQP/DFMEA/DVP&R etc.
    4. 3+ years people management experience.
    5. Native Japanese communication skill and business level English
