RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading testing group to fulfil tests requests
- Makes priority test requests and balance testing capacity
- Performs check of testing reports before testing engineer release
- Leading on testing and instrumentation area improvement.
- Manage testing group for TR’s fulfill based on requested date and on weekly basis reports statuses.
- On the yearly basis participate by the procedure revision related to testing
- Manage testing investment
- Is responsible to comply with EHS TEN standards
- Maintain TS requirements for testing
- Setting up with mechanics 5S standards for testing area
- Consolidate skill matrix of hourly, works on employee further development, manage vacation planning, merit discussion, follow up absenteeism rate, manage and perform training plan
- Follow up supervision activities as Performance Appraisal process with monthly for all H&T employees
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书:
- Bachelor or higher education degree required with focus on mechanical discipline
- 大学本科及以上学历,汽车相关专业或机械专业
Work Experience 工作经验:
- Min 5 years’ experience
- Candidate expected to be equipped with good technical understanding, analytical abilities and experience
Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识:
- Strong analytical abilities
- Very good observation abilities required during samples analysis after testing
Work Requirement 工作要求:
