    We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator. This position is primarily responsible for working with materials to and from suppliers and subcontractors.  An essential function of the Logistics Coordinator is to support the materials department with inventory control measures.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Verify and receive all inbound material from suppliers, subcontractors, and sister companies.
    • Verify and ship all outbound materials to subcontractors.
    • Process outbound deliveries for drop ship material from Universal to Reynosa.
    • Label all incoming product with both the SAP label and production traveler.
    • Investigate and fix negative inventory in SAP.
    • Train new material handlers in production reporting and material movements in SAP.
    • Resolve any discrepancies on inbound or outbound shipments from/to suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Coordinate organization of pole barns and offsite warehouse. Maintain accuracy of inventory locations.
    • Maintain bar code labels on racking throughout the plant, warehouse, and pole barn
    • Assist in the cycle count program.
    • Assist in the yearly physical inventory.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Associate Degree or 2-3 years of experience working in a Supply Chain 

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

    • Ability to collect data and support Materials Supervisor to draw valid conclusions
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Good PC skills, such as: MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word. SAP experience preferred.
    • Experience with creating various reports from website reporting tools  
    • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow through with given tasks and projects.
