    We are seeking a Business Planning and Analytics Manager. The position will have functional business planning and analytics reporting to ensure use of the best business planning and project management practices as well as the use of common tools and reporting methods.

     

    The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You’ll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Revenue and margin trending & forecasting
    • Insight development & summary from VSS activities
    • Incorporation of market intelligence into strategic business planning process
    • Critical project responsibilities will include:
    • VSS Implementation (kicked off Jun 22 w/o PMO)
    • Revenue Growth targeted at >2X market rates
    • Operational transformation to support growth & inventory targets, while adapting capabilities to market (distribution focus)
    • Margin expansion activities, particularly focused on materials evolution

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or similar)

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous professional experience in an analytical role preferred
    • Understanding of the following areas: Business Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Controlling and Reporting, Cost management
    • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel and Power Point)
    • SAP knowledge and experience (preferred).
