  • Responsibilities
    • Provides legal counsel to Tenneco operations in Asia Pacific Region regarding a wide range of business matters;
    • Reviews and drafts commercial agreements and other legal documents for Tenneco operations in Asia Pacific Region;
    • Identifies, analyzes and manages legal risks which would adversely impact on achievement of Tenneco business objectives in the region;
    • Assists in the protection of Tenneco’s legitimate interests regarding legal actions and claims made by or against third parties;
    • Provides company secretarial support to Tenneco operations in the region;
    • Provides other pertinent legal services as required.

    Required Skills

    • M law degree from a recognized university;

    • PRC legal profession qualification required;

    • Good command of English, English joint degree preferred;

    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills;

    • Overseas educational and/or professional experience not required, but certainly a plus
