    Tenneco is seeking a driven, self-motivated SUPPLY CHAIN focused student who has an interest in gaining hands-on experience. 

    The Tenneco student program provides a unique opportunity for students to learn, work, and contribute in an industry leading environment.     Possible responsibilities include:

    • Assist with collection and organization of data
    • Analysis of data (market, customer, competitor)
    • Policy and procedure development
    • Support team members as projects see fit

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED OF AN INTERN: Must be able to work independently and in a team based environment Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Effective time management skills Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    Required Experience

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship period May-August 2021

    Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Ability to provide own transportation to/from the job site Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution Student with a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
