Quality Enigneer Be responsible for the preliminary quality planning of the company's products; 1)the quality approval of the new product sample, 2)Development progress tracking and manufacturing approval of testing devices, for example, gauge,fixture and so on. 3)Edit quality documents, for example,Control Plan,Inspection specification,gauge work inspection and so on; 4)Organize internal departments to do PPAP; 5)Organize customer PPAP, coorodinate each department to make the measurements and follow the implemention situation; 6)Be Responsible to submit the Files of PPAP to the customer,and follow the finial approval of PPAP; 7)Be responsible for the monthly quality report and scrap analysis;
Required Skills
熟悉机械加工工艺和各类质量检测手段; 掌握质量控制图技术、8D方法等质量方法; 熟悉GD&T与欧洲相关尺寸与公差标注方法; 熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系; 熟悉SGM的APQP与PPAP的特殊认可要求,熟悉QSB要求。 熟悉SVW的QPN、BMG与EM的特殊认可要求,熟悉Formel Q要求。 熟悉CAD制图,熟练操作电脑,Minitab工具,具有外语听说读写能力 •3 yeas or above Experience in Vehicle parts production.Personnel who know the welding process will be preferred •Familiar with APQP&PPAP&SPC&MSA&FMEA; •Familiar with GD & T and European dimension and tolerance marking methods; •Understand the relevant requirements of IATF16949; •Familiar with the special approval requirements of APQP and PPAP of SGM and BIQS requirements. •Familiar with the special approval requirements of QPNI, BMG and EM of SVW and the requirements of Formel Q. •Unnderstand with CAD drawing, proficient in computer and Minitab tools,; •Speaking English fluently;
