Act as a strategic business partner and drive changes and improvements for continuous business growth, direct all aspects of financial management including financing, budgeting, planning, accounting, cost controlling, and investment activities of the company.
Develop and refine internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures to build a sound internal control environment.
Work closely with business leaders to provide needed financial counsel in Green-field investment project
Establish annual finance plan and budget plan according to company annual operation plan, and audit and control the execution of the budget as authorized.
Manage the accounting audit business of the company, responsible for general ledger control and accounting audit.
Responsible for finance controlling, checking expense and controlling manufacturing cost.
Responsible for making finance report and analyzing the finance operation status for the company.
Understand plant operation processes, take initiative to improve efficiency & effectiveness
Required Skills
Bachelor degree, accounting, finance or other relevant major;
10+ years experiences of financial management working in automobile manufacturing facility.
Working experience of Green-field investment
Working experience of SAP launch
Comprehensive theoretical knowledge in finance and accounting, and modern business management.
Familiar with financial laws and regulations, financial investment, import and export trade, corporate financial system and process.
