PROGRAM MANAGER

SUMMARY We are hiring a small private company seeking a program manager for electronic monitoring of felony criminal offenders. We contract with government entities to perform this service. The candidate must be willing to work in our Memphis office

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Conducts orientation meetings with new clients to explain program rules and regulations. Verbally explains the client contract in detail to ensure that the client understands his/her responsibilities
• Installs/Removes electronic monitoring equipment on new clients when necessary
• Meets regularly with clients face-to-face and by phone and documents client’s progress or regress.
• Prepares all necessary documentation for court review
• Collects payments and sets up payment plans
• Other duties as required
• On-call required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Will work independently
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Candidate will be required to carry a phone after regular business hours to screen and respond to electronic monitoring alerts.
• Use of standard office equipment such as copier, computer, keyboard, telephone and fax machine.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Work well with little supervision or alone in the office
• Be ethical and honest above reproach
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, problem solving skills and a passion for excellence.
• Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials
• Ability to multi-task with constant interruptions
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret electronic monitoring messages and computer data
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software
• U.S. citizenship required.
