Tennis Director – Growth Leader Genesis Health Clubs – Monaco (Denver, CO)
Genesis Health Clubs, recognized as one of the top three tennis companies in the United States, is seeking a high-level Tennis Director to lead our Monaco location in Denver, Colorado. This premier facility includes 8 indoor courts, 11 outdoor courts, and 2 outdoor pickleball courts, with additional leadership influence at our Boulder location.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth leadership opportunity.

The Role The Tennis Director is responsible for building a complete, high-energy racquets business operating seven days a week. This includes:
Developing and executing innovative programming for juniors, adults, and high-performance players
Driving lesson volume, leagues, events, and court utilization
Hiring, training, and leading a team of 10+ professionals
Managing financial performance, payroll, and profitability
Leading marketing and promotional efforts
Creating a strong culture for members and staff
This role requires early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on consistent, structured programming and full court usage.

Develop and execute racquets programming across all demographics
Lead tournaments, leagues, clinics, camps, and events
Drive revenue and profitability growth
Manage budgets and financial performance
Maintain high facility standards
Lead marketing and community engagement efforts
Requirements
3–5+ years of leadership experience in tennis or racquets management
USPTA and/or PTR certification
Pickleball certification preferred
Demonstrated success in measurable business growth
Strong operational and financial understanding
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
College degree preferred
