Responsibilities -Create listings as needed, ensuring products are accurately priced, photographed, and described. -Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance and health. -Research and analyze competitive landscape of marketplace sales and identify opportunities for growth. -Resolve problematic transactions and maintain healthy marketplace account standing. Required Qualifications Applicants with experience listing on eBay, Amazon, and Walmart are an excellent fit for this position and will be given immediate consideration. Please include details about your experience on these platforms in your resume and/or cover letter. -Minimum 1-2 years experiences with marketplace platforms like Amazon and eBay. -Experience with the creation of listings on online platforms. -General customer service experience both online and over the phone. -Proficiency in Excel (will be working with large data feeds) -Ability to work independently and track milestones and metrics on performance Preferred by not required: -Basic Photoshop experience (basic photo touch up, resizing, etc.).
