    We are looking for a highly motivated results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. B2B sale development representative to grow our customer base by generating new business. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will generate revenue by qualifying and negotiating with prospects, developing leads and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities “Get the Sale” using various sale methods (Cold calling, email prospecting, trade shows, presentations, etc.) Consultatively evaluate prospects’ needs and develop proposals/quotes that meet their needs Build productive, long-lasting relationships with customers to generate and maintain renewals Achieve individual sales targets Research potential prospects/account and generate or follow through on sales leads Manage inbound leads and maintain a high closing ratio Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Generate forecasts and reports for management, using pipeline data Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments Maintain and expand client database Document all touch points in CRM Requirements Proven track record and success in fast-paced B2B sales Experience in selling promotional products or event equipment is ideal Track record of achieving and/or exceeding quota Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Experience working with a CRM Familiarity with consultative selling techniques Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Computer use and social media competency Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven
