JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES  

·         Design, create and monitor the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems as part of the Global Brand & Experience (GBE) Technology Upgrade program including integrations between SAP modules, Salesforce, Snowflake and a Business Partner Portal 

·         Provide technical oversight during the design and implementation of the Business Partner Portal which is a central hub for information sharing, business partner transactions and reporting between GBE and their licensees/business partners 

·         FACILITATE WORKING SESSIONS WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS TO INTEGRATE INDIVIDUAL SYSTEM ROADMAPS.

·         Ensuring that solutions meet functional and technical requirements 

·         Participate in technology reviews and work with the teams to resolve any ambiguity in development and integration plans 

·         Work with Technology Operations Tech Leads, Global Ops Lead and end users to inform system development 

·         Develop and execute test plans to check the technical performance of infrastructure and report findings 

·         Provide expertise and assistance to team members including software teams, System Analysts and Engineers 

·         Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement the future state system landscape that is scalable and reliable

·         DETAILED FUNCTIONAL, CONTEXT, DATA, AND LOGICAL DIAGRAMS

·         Development estimates 

·         Development methodologies documentation 

·         General architecture diagrams 

·         COMPREHENSIVE SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE DOCUMENT TO GUIDE DEVELOPMENT

·         Reports on technical progress, risk and issues 

·         Code reviews and sign-off 

·         Test Case and methodology documentation 

EXPERIENCE 

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 

·         7+ years’ experience as a system architect  

·         5+ year scripting language (Python or equivalent) 

·         Proven experience in developing complex systems architecture and architecture plans  

·         Expertise on Web Service Integration and Application Program Interface (RESTful APIs) 

·         EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS, INCLUDING SAP, ORACLE, AND SALESFORCE.

·         EXPERIENCE COORDINATING SYSTEMS WITH ENTERPRISE APPLICATION INTEGRATION, SERVICE-ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE, AND RELATED PRINCIPLES.

·         Experience designing and implementing complex solutions in cloud apps, such as Azure and AWS 

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in a technically challenging environment - must be able to think critically and independently  

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

·         Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products research 

·         Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure 

·         Experience providing guidance and leadership to novice systems engineers 

·         Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems 

·         Must be able to work within WATERFALL methodology 

·         Design solutions, including coding, prototyping, and testing technology solution
