Job Description

UX DESIGNER (M&E CREATIVE INDUSTRY)

We are looking for someone skilled in C-level interactions/meetings, able to communicate well in the design thinking/user workshops, skilled in color psychology-based projects, and have a background in M&E creative development projects. 

Tasks:

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies/workshop, translating findings into prototypes 
• Consider the existing applications and evaluating UX (user experience) effectiveness 
• Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design 
• Using online tools, such as screen readers, to aid their research 
• Defining user task flows, user journeys and , identifying pain points, friction and inefficiencies, and baselining KPI’s for measuring success 
• Working with visual designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product 
• Developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications 
• Consider TV/Movie industry landscape for imagery & design, internal-specific branding vs external branding, brand personality, apply color psychology, How to future-proof the design and style 
• Conducting usability testing and ensuring design requirements and  acceptance criteria have been met
