Job Description

Seeking a SalesForce Architect for different projects and production support.

Duties include:

1. Lead Application Development and Production Support for multiple large projects in a Salesforce Classic/Lightning environment
2. Research and resolve production issues, troubleshooting of the Salesforce online and batch environments
3. Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process to improve performance and shorten the critical path window
4. Perform Impact Analysis across multiple platforms and applications related to Salesforce changes
5. Provide detailed designs and code for Salesforce solutions
6. On-call for production support during off-office hours (night and weekend) where required
7. Work with ISD and Business teams to define Salesforce applications roadmap
8. Work with Salesforce Support Academic/Experience/Competency

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in solution development/architecture and implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms; strong technical aptitude of multi-tier and cross-platform architectures across the enterprise
• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (with at least 3 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead).
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
• Experience from at least 2 large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations as Technical Lead or Architect
• Subject Matter Expertise: Salesforce Solution Design and Delivery
• Strong technical knowledge in delivering Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Service Cloud, Customer Communities, and Marketing Cloud, combining in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts.
• Proven ability to optimize Salesforce out-of-the-box features and functionality
• Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration and customization using APEX and Lightning, including 3+ years of experience developing in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong Salesforce to external systems integration experience (using APIs, IPaaS tools, ETL tools, etc.)
• Experience with large data handling in Salesforce and Apex Batch
• Experience in managing multiple Salesforce environments using DevOps processes
• Experience in Salesforce code management and deployments using DevOps processes
• Ability to work as a Software Development Lead to lead a team of Senior and Junior developers
• Demonstrated ability to perform code and configuration reviews prior to Production deployment in a Salesforce environment
• Mastery in custom-cloud, cross-cloud, and on-premise solution architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of data management, including data modeling, data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing and security
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of software engineering, software development
• Experience with web services: JSON, XML
