The Company develops and executes out-sourced labor solutions specifically for the detail/get ready department to support Automotive Dealer’s Sales & Service Departments. The Company and is one of largest and fastest growing auto dealer services companies in the United States.

The Company is seeking a high potential individual to manage our current business and lead expansion efforts in the Indianapolis Market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER __
· Meet expectations and build trust.
· Creating strategic partnerships and alliances.
· Deliver superior levels of customer satisfaction.
OPERATIONS
· Recruiting, training & building teams.
· Implementation and execution of key processes.
CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY
· Financial goals and objectives are met and that full accountability to the corporation is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
CUSTOMER FOCUS
· Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationship.
· Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer opportunities.
MANAGEMENT
· Automotive dealer/dealer services related experience REQUIRED.
· Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in leading/managing a frontline/blue collar team of associates.
o THIS IS NOT AN EXECUTIVE POSITION MUST BE WILLING TO LEAD FROM THE FRONT.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
· Ability to provide immediate supervision to FRONTLINE MANAGERS/ENTRY LEVEL ASSOCIATES, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and checking work at frequent intervals.
· Staffing experience in a high turnover employment environment.
· Skills include planning, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals and standards.
· Effective managing in a changing environment
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
· Capable of profit and loss responsibility for an organization through setting financial goals and creating and managing budgets\
EARNINGS POTENTIAL: A performance-based compensation package will be designed to recognize and reward the individual’s contributions to building and leading the business. The initial compensation package provides a bi-weekly base salary, determined by the candidate’s relevant background and experience plus a monthly bonus opportunity based upon business profits. Longer term (3-5 years) this position has the potential to become a profit-sharing member of the company’s leadership team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year
