Tephra Solar, a nationwide industry leading solar energy company, is seeking appointment setters to join our growing team. You will be responsible for canvassing door to door to engage new customers and set appointments for presentations on the benefits of solar energy.

Responsibilities:

• Handle initial customer inquiries
• Provide information about our products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, canvassing, or other related fields is preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary

Compensation will be $10-$15/hr + commission/bonus - based on experience and performance.
