Sales Pipeline management basically • Consulting with clients in order to qualify property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. Listening skills are imperative • Responding to incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM in a lightning-fast and consistent manner • Holding open houses regularly and other events • Consistently networking and marketing to prospect for new customers and your own sphere • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice • Establishing a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented Agents • Must have the passion and drive to meet goals • Thrives in an environment where you are part of a team that supports one another and is accountable to one another • Ability to overcome objections • Willingness to constantly be learning to stay on the cutting edge of the industry. • We are happy to train the right person! Qualifications: • CURRENT GEORGIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • Quick response times. Average 2 - 5 minutes • Self-motivated. • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Thrives in a true team environment. No drama allowed • Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
