Teresa Hockett Insurance Agent located in Arlington, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join her team. As a team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Insurance products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

Develop & maintain leads (inside/outside), identify customer needs, and provide residential/commercial product proposals.

Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes/reviews, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Property & Casualty License

Ability to develop leads

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Self-motivated

Results oriented

Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to multi-task

Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

Position may require some local travel
