Job Title: Termite Operator (Branch 3 Licensed) Company: Insecta Pest Solutions

Position Overview: Insecta Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced and licensed Termite Operator to oversee termite services, ensure quality control, and lead technicians in delivering high-standard work. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all termite operations, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with California regulations and company standards

Supervise and support termite technicians, providing training and accountability

Conduct quality assurance inspections on completed work

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and treatment records

Schedule and coordinate termite jobs efficiently

Monitor and manage chemical usage, storage, and safety procedures

Ensure all team members are following PPE and safety requirements at all times

Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and services

Qualifications:

10+ years of Termite Technician experience required

Valid Branch 3 Operator License (California)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standards

In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety regulations

Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and scheduling

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing or leading a termite division or team

Experience with inspections, WDO reports, and escrow-related termite work
