Termite Technician Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services – Jacksonville, FL
You must either have a Florida Termite License or have the 3 years minimum experience to become certified to apply for this position
Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services, one of the fastest-growing pest and wildlife control companies in the Jacksonville area, is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused termite technician to join our team. Whether you’re already certified for termites and WDO or you're eligible and ready to take the test, we want to hear from you! If you thrive on variety, enjoy solving problems, and like working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity — and we’ll set you up with the training and tools you need to succeed.
In this role, you'll be responsible for termite inspections, termite treatments, and WDO (wood-destroying organism) reports. You'll inspect homes and businesses for evidence of termite activity, apply treatments using state-of-the-art equipment, and help protect customers' properties from costly damage. Each day starts with a quick team huddle to review the schedule, gear up for the day, and tackle any updates from the field. Then you’ll be out in the field performing inspections, treatments, and follow-ups — while keeping in close contact with the office to update job statuses and address any issues that arise.
Customer communication is a major part of this role. You'll be expected to explain inspection findings, review treatment options, and provide expert advice for protecting homes and businesses from termite damage. While most of your work will be independent, you’ll always have the full support of our team behind you.
So why choose Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services? We’re glad you asked! We offer competitive compensation, the use of a company vehicle, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to grow as our company expands. If you’re looking for a place where you can build a career while making a real impact, we’d love to talk with you about joining the Coastal family.
