As a Coordinator, you will work directly with the field supervisor in order to properly staff and schedule daily jobs. Accurate scheduling of crews and plan submittals will be essential to your success as a project coordinator and have a direct effect on the daily operations of the business. This is an entry level position with room for growth; Experience is helpful but not a must.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

APPLICANT MUST:

• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Have competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Be highly organized
• Possess and display positive & helpful communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Daily phone interaction with customers
• Respond to time sensitive phone inquiries and requests
• Submit plans to various municipalities & agencies
• Job tracking & scheduling

Office hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday -Friday
