Responsibilities: • Use our proven systems and tools to contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home or vacant land • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and amendments, for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Participate in and complete ongoing company-sponsored training specific to the position • Be coachable for success! Compensation: $50,566 - $357,270 at plan earnings
