    We are looking for experienced or Licensed Real Estate Sales Agents who are anxious and willing to do the activities and put in the work to grow their businesses! The Mike Coke Team at Terra Firma Realty is looking for team members who seek structure and guidance to grow their business to help them perform at a high level in today's skills-based market. We are not just a place to hang your license but rather a firm that is interested in you and dedicated to training and support to help you grow and achieve your personal and financial dreams. We will provide the Agents with the tools, leads, inventory, systems, and sales training to grow a thriving business with no ceiling and minimal out-of-pocket expenses to you. Whether your prior years' production was 5 units or 35+ units we will help and support you in reaching your new goals. Responsibilities: • Must be willing to work a 40+ hour work week including some weekends and evenings. • Eager to help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. • Find potential homebuyers, listen to their needs/wants, provide them with information and education, continuously follow up, and facilitate clear communication. • Follow up with Team-provided Leads per our proven follow-up process to ensure the greatest conversion. • Draft and negotiate state-approved purchase contracts and associated documents. • Participate in team-related activities, competitions, and company-sponsored events. Qualifications: • Must possess an Active Wisconsin Real Estate License in good standing. • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff. • Personable with superior customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy. • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new programs and technology and commitment to using those systems. • Must possess basic math skills, basic finances, and proficiency in working with percentages. • Demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to keep a lot of detail/information highly organized. • Must be interested in learning new sales skills and how to improve your existing skills. Compensation: $54K - $300K + at plan annual earnings
