Responsibilities: EXAMPLE - IDEAL AGENT DAILY SCHEDULE FOR SUCCESS • 8:00 am Team Skills Development Monday through Friday • 8:30 am Check / Respond to emails • 9:00 am-11:00 am Prospect for new lead opportunities • 11:00 am-11:15 am Enter morning activities into Tracker • 11:15 am-11:30 am Team Huddle Monday and Wednesday • 11:30 am-12:30 pm Sales Team Training and Team Meeting Thursdays • 11:30 am-12:30 pm Lunch • 12:30-1:30 pm Update the Database with Lead Information / Send follow-ups • 1:30 pm-5:00 pm Buyer Showings, Buyer Consultations, Inspections, etc. • If you do not have appointments from 1:30 pm-5 pm, ideally you would continue prospecting for lead opportunities, with the intention of setting appointments • Weekends would be saved for showings, appts, and holding open houses in order to meet prospective buyers who are not currently working with an agent • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, and various legal documents (related to the purchase) for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, helping them find properties, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • Must live in DeForest or the surrounding area • Must have a valid Wisconsin Real Estate License or currently pursuing a Wisconsin Real Estate License • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • If an experienced Real Estate Agent, the candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply Compensation: $50,566 - $312,750 annually
