Our ideal candidate has:
A collaborative spirit that is dedicated to growth, communication and innovation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and an ability to problem-solve
Strong organizational and resource management skills with an affinity for numbers
Ability to learn and master our Storis POS System
Previous experience with team management in retail sales and interior design a plus
What you’ll do every day:
Create a friendly but highly motivated environment for your team of associates
Lead your team to meet store and brand goals
Understand the product offerings
Build confidence in your design and sale skills
Creatively help customers navigate solutions to their outdoor spaces
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
Love living life outdoors!
