Job Description

DESCRIPTION Terra Vista Software is seeking a full-time employee to provide technical and customer support (as part of an existing customer support team) across a variety of software platforms geared towards rental properties, commercial leasing, and finance. This position is fully remote and requires a good work ethic since working from home can be challenging for some. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become familiar with specific Terra Vista software platforms
• Assist in the testing and management of new software platform releases
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve corresponding bugs
• Field support calls and emails from customers
• Triage and mange corresponding support tickets
• Work with developers and other support staff to resolve support items
• Provide platform training to customers
• Other duties as required

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
• A high level of comfort with technology
• General understanding of APIs, development cycles, and technical terms
• General understanding of databases
• Some SQL experience preferred, or a willingness to learn SQL
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Natural ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
• College degree or appropriate experience required
