Our company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to take responsibility for growing our local Jacksonville and the surrounding areas in the Florida business region. This includes the Southeastern states of SC, GA, FL.

Job Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue new leads and opportunities
• Communicate knowledge effectively to address distributors/contractors/customers’ needs/wants.
• Develop and maintain quality customer service.
• Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and networking.
• Responsible for maintaining and organizing own schedule.
• Demonstrates an effective use of multitasking approaches.
• Report weekly progress to management.
• Attends trade shows as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Responsible to grow Terrafuse sales by identifying end users and developing this new business.

Job Requirements

• Outside sales experience, relating to Construction and Concrete Restoration is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to persevere through objections and obstacles.
• Displays a positive, professional attitude.
• Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan.
• Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: construction, concrete, concrete coatings, and repair mortars.
• Be able to communicate effectively.
• Have a willingness to learn from our training and apply this knowledge to the sales cycle.

Job Details

• $60,000- $75,000 Base Salary

• Paid Holidays

• Commission on sales.

• Monthly car allowance or mileage reimbursement.

• Cell phone and laptop provided.

• Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.

• College degree preferred but not required.

• Proficient use Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks and activities: Outlook for emails and event scheduling, Excel, Word, etc.

• Experience in sales ideally 3+years, optimally outside sales within the concrete coating materials or construction industries.

• Experience with Customer Management Systems.
