    Must have NC Real Estate License We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers and investors in the area. What are we looking for? We’re looking for Showing Agents to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. Goals: Create - Convert - Close, approved buyers working at all times, many showings per week to fully qualified buyers, Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors Be willing and able to gather pricing information and market research for buyer clients Promote the team concept to buyer clients by guaranteeing lead agent is involved and informed at all times Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers Answer any questions buyers may have about potential homes and the surrounding area's community Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails and update notes in CRM) Assist in closing deals Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and/or texts Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Driven, motivated and desires for professional growth Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Thrives on being a true team player, working closely with others in the company Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs Compensation: $20 / hr
