As a listing specialist you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. Responsibilities: Train team members on open house best practices Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Network to source new business as needed Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License A team player who enjoys working for the benefits of the team Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written Ability to convert lead inquiries to appointments with strong phone skills Compensation: $30,000 - $100,000 yearly
