    Territorial Sales Manager for Georgia

    We are seeking a self-motivated individual who will align with our mission to focus on excellence in providing products and services to our customers.

    Job Summary:

    The territorial sales manager will be responsible for growth and prospecting for new customers and for follow-up of prior customers.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Is knowledgeable about RYC Foods’ products

    · Identifies prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

    · Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts

    · Communicates the value of RYC Foods and how they will meet customer needs

    · Resolves customer complaints and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction with RYC Foods’ products and service

    · Drives sales through direct sales

    · Trains and mentors sales representatives from food service companies to develop their knowledge of RYC Foods’ products

    · Grows RYC Foods’ market share

    · Takes ownership of area sales operating expenses to increase profitability

    · Communicates market information and industry changes that will affect cost, growth and manufacturing capabilities to customers

    · Documents daily activities

    · Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Excellent verbal and active listening skills

    · Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills

    · Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish sales targets

    · Comfortable using the computer and Google applications

    · Able to build relationships and trust with potential and current customers

    · Is able to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making

    · Time management skills

    Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Education and Experience:
