If so, we invite you to make your mark as our next Territory Account Manager – Crop Protection covering the Pacific Northwest. Ideally based in the Tri-Cities area of Washington (Kennewick, Pasco, or Richland), you’ll serve a high-value territory with a strong focus on specialty crops and trusted distributor relationships.
Compensation Range: $94,000 – $100,000 annually
This range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Bonus opportunities available in accordance with company programs.

What You’ll Do
✅ Expand and manage profitable sales within the PNW region (Washington and Oregon).
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and growers to increase share-of-wallet for crop protection products.
✅ Provide agronomic support and technical sales expertise to existing and prospective accounts.
✅ Forecast sales accurately and execute regional strategies aligned with broader business goals.
✅ Monitor competitive activities and market trends; deliver timely intelligence to leadership.
✅ Lead product presentations, field visits and seasonal planning discussions.
✅ Support order fulfillment by working with CS and Transportation to resolve logistical challenges.
✅ Utilize CRM tools to document customer activity and inform sales decisions.
✅ Recruit and manage part-time personnel to extend market coverage.
✅ Support acquisition integration and due diligence efforts in your region as needed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
✔ 5-plus years of experience in agricultural input sales, ideally within crop protection.
✔ Strong track record of success in technical field sales and account development.
✔ Understanding of agronomic practices, especially with specialty crops in the PNW.
✔ A relationship-oriented sales style with a proven ability to quickly build trust.
✔ Experience with CRM tools and forecasting software; Power BI is a plus.
✔ Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in agronomy, horticulture or plant sciences.
✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
✔ Valid driver’s license and willing to travel regularly throughout the region.
✔ Bold, collaborative communicator with a can-do attitude and commercial acumen.
