Territory Brand Ambassador – Retail Training and Merchandising (MA, NH, RI)

As a Territory Brand Ambassador with ThirdChannel, you'll represent some of today's most exciting brands — from athletic and footwear leaders like Topo Athletic, New Balance, and Puma to premium lifestyle and fashion labels.
You'll own your territory across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, visiting stores, building relationships, educating store teams and customers, and ensuring every display, interaction, and product story reflects the brand at its best.
This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts brand advocate, problem solver, and visual storyteller — someone who thrives on independence, loves being in the field, and takes pride in creating impactful retail experiences.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute regular store visits across MA, NH, and RI for multiple brands in athletic, footwear, and lifestyle categories.
- Implement merchandising directives that make displays stand out — from performance-driven footwear walls to premium fashion storytelling.
- Build strong relationships with store teams, becoming the go-to resource for brand knowledge, merchandising standards, and product education.
- Capture visit photos and insights using ThirdChannel's digital tools, providing actionable feedback that helps brands make smarter decisions.
- Share observations and opportunities with ThirdChannel and brand partners to continuously improve retail execution and customer experience.
What You Bring
- A passion for running and adventure — whether on the road or on the trail — giving you firsthand experience with footwear brands and performance technology.
- Experience in retail merchandising, footwear, or athletic brand representation; premium or lifestyle brand background a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
- Comfortable using mobile technology, reporting tools, and Google Suite.
- Flexible schedule — many of our customers require weekend visits.
