    About Mochi Foods

    Mochi Foods is one of Hawaii's most beloved food brands and the creator of the first complete mochi donut mix in the United States. Our products are used by bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators across North America to create innovative mochi-based menu items.

    We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and relationship-driven Territory Growth Manager to help expand our presence throughout Southern California.

    This is not a desk-based sales role. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities in the field.

    What You'll Do

    You will be responsible for growing sales and building relationships throughout Los Angeles County by working directly with:

    Breakfast restaurants

    Donut shops

    Bakeries

    Hawaiian restaurants

    Cafés

    Foodservice operators

    Key responsibilities include:

    Prospecting and developing new accounts

    Visiting businesses and meeting with owners and operators

    Conducting product tastings and demonstrations

    Introducing customers to Mochi Foods products and solutions

    Following up on leads and managing customer relationships

    Working alongside distribution partners to drive sales growth

    Building and expanding a territory from the ground up

    Providing market feedback and identifying new opportunities

    What We're Looking For

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Highly organized with excellent follow-through

    Self-motivated and results-oriented

    Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections

    Passionate about building relationships and growing a business

    Enjoys working independently in the field

    Positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset

    Preferred Qualifications

    1–5 years of experience in sales, hospitality, restaurants, retail, foodservice, or business development

    Experience working directly with customers or business owners

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
