    Position Summary

    As a Territory Manager, you’ll serve as the frontline representative of Efficient Builders within your assigned area. Your primary responsibility is to build relationships within local communities, educate homeowners about solar energy, and generate new leads through direct field outreach and marketing efforts. You are not just a salesperson — you are a community leader, energy consultant, and territory growth driver.

    Key Responsibilities

    Canvass designated neighborhoods to identify solar-eligible homes and create interest in solar solutions

    Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, tabling events, and local partnerships

    Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and qualify homeowners through our discovery process

    Schedule consultations for our solar design consultants and support closing appointments

    Represent the Efficient Builders brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

    Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including qualified leads, consultations scheduled, and conversion rates

    Report daily activity through CRM tools and team meetings

    Participate in sales trainings, workshops, and leadership development opportunities

    Assist in team growth by mentoring junior reps and helping onboard new Territory Managers

    Qualifications

    Prior experience in field sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)

    Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people face-to-face

    Goal-oriented with a competitive drive and growth mindset

    Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary

    Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
