    Territory Manager – Ideal Siding Nashville

    Location: Nashville, TN (and surrounding areas)

    Compensation: Per-Appointment Base Pay + Project Completion Commission

    Employment Type: Part-Time (Increasing volume in the Fall)

    Ideal Siding Nashville is looking for a Territory Manager to be the face of our company. This isn't your typical high-pressure sales job. Our back office and dedicated sales team handle the heavy lifting of closing the deals—your goal is to build the bridge between the customer’s dream and a finished home.

    The Role

    As a Territory Manager, you are the first point of contact and the boots on the ground. This is a flexible, part-time position where your day-to-day involves:

    100% Pre-Set Appointments: We handle all the marketing and lead generation. You will never have to cold call or find your own leads. We fill your calendar; you just show up and shine.

    The First Impression: Traveling to scheduled appointments to meet homeowners, listen to their needs, and represent the Ideal Siding brand.

    Precision Prep: Measuring homes and completing detailed checklists to ensure our sales team has everything they need to generate an accurate, winning quote.

    Customer Guidance: Following up with potential clients to show siding samples and answer technical or aesthetic questions.

    Project Oversight: Once a project is green-lit, you’ll monitor the crews on-site to ensure the work is progressing exactly as planned and meets our high quality standards.

    Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from various appointments and job sites (please note: there is no vehicle allowance).

    Sales Mindset: You don't have to "close," but you do need to be persuasive, professional, and excellent at building rapport.

    Professionalism: You take pride in your appearance and will represent the Ideal Siding brand with excellence. We will provide you with a company uniform featuring our logo to ensure you look the part on every site visit.

    Communication: You’re the link between the customer, the crew, and the office. Clear communication is your superpower.
