Job Summary (Clear Aligner Sales State of TX)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development
Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the assigned region. This role is
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client
relationships, and expanding market presence to achieve regional sales and revenue
targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with
corporate goals. - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with new and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform
business strategy. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions for
regional markets. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase
brand visibility. - Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to
senior management. - Manage and mentor local sales or business development staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management,
preferably in the dental industry. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding regional sales targets.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behaviors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and organizational skills.
