Base Salary: $75,000 | OTE: $150,000

We’re partnering with a leading medical device company that’s innovating patient monitoring solutions in acute care hospitals—and they’re looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to join their growing sales team.
If you have 2+ years of B2B or medical sales experience and a strong hunter mentality, this is a fantastic opportunity to break into or grow your career in the medical device space.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business and convert competitive accounts across your assigned territory.
Partner with the Enterprise Sales Team (EST) to run product demos, lead evaluations, and close deals.
Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at acute care hospitals.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic plans and gain market share.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of successful B2B or light medical sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A self-starter with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
Independent and accountable, but also a strong team player.
Willingness to travel within Las Vegas, CO, Southern AZ, NM, and El Paso TX.
