    Job Description

    • Develop and manage new territory in two new counties.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
    • Provide agronomic advice and recommendations to growers.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

    Salary:

    $60,000 - $95,000/year + Bonus

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong agronomic background.
    • Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
